Challenges are part of the journey—the key is to keep going and keep learning. If your dream is to be CEO of a big tech company, you cannot just dream it and the next day you are CEO. You need to go through obstacles to get to the place you want to be, the challenges you face help you develop the skills you need in order to achieve your goals. Embrace the journey.
